Dr. Mona Mangat, MD
Dr. Mona V. Mangat is a Board Certified Allergist & Immunologist and owner of Bay Area Allergy and Asthma. She completed her Allergy/Immunology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Mangat received her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM) combined BS/MD program. She completed her combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis/LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center.
Dr. Mangat is quite active socially and politically. She has been a leading voice for issues of equity and quality within our healthcare system and in the local community. She is also a regular contributor to the Tampa Bay Times and more of her articles can be seen on our blog.
Dr. Mangat was born in Binghamton, New York, and was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has lived in Florida since 2003. She is married and has four children.
Stephanie Blenner, PA-C
Stephanie Blenner is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who joins our practice from New York City. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and went on to graduate with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercy College in 2018. Stephanie has worked as a Physician Assistant since then.
She is passionate about providing high quality and individualized patient care while specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology.
Since moving to St. Petersburg in early 2021, she has enjoyed exploring the downtown region, gulf shore beaches, and kayaking in Florida's natural springs.
